We can understand why you're 'frit' at the thought David, what with you being in the pocket of American agribusiness. Let's hope those MPs who aren't similarly beholden can work in the nation's interest....that's this nation's interest btw.

Watch @SteveBakerHW failing to wriggle out of his involvement in the Vote Leave cesspit that procured the result of the referendum. He claims, when he advised people to break the law, he thought it was lawful; just like people who thought they were voting in a lawful referendum?
Due to the lack of real action against the likes of Baker, Gove, Johnson, Stuart, Elliott & Cummings, people don't appreciate the seriousness of what these crooks have done. Until arrests, charges and court cases are announced many still think this is no more than a minor issue.
And if I was sitting on a jury listening to Baker, I'd think it bizarre that what Baker said Vote Leave should do to win the referendum, they actually did, and worse, they colluded with other campaigns and operated under a common plan, their plan!....guilty as charged.

For all their bluster Vote Leave, guilty of serious electoral crimes for which they are being investigated by the police, have today withdrawn their appeal and paid their £61,000 fine, leaving @darrengrimes_ in a somewhat awkward position.
When the court's refused LeaveEU's appeal last week, the Electoral Commission confirmed that. "the spending rules are one of the key tools to ensure fairness, confidence and legitimacy of an electoral event... Q.E.D.
This instantly hasn't aged well........

(THREAD) 1. MEET Estela and Nicolas. Today they got married. For anyone else this would be just a picture of a normal wedding day, but for these two, there is much more than meets the eye. For them, this is a story of the triumph of love and hope.
2. 3 weeks ago I was approached by someone at my parish.
-“Father, there is a couple who wants to get married.”
-“I am glad to hear that. Tell them to call me & we will set up a meeting.”
-“Well” she said, “this is the thing. They are in the hospital. Could you come please?”
3. I went to visit them, only to find out that Estela, a beautiful 26 year old woman, had cancer that spread all over her body. Doctors give her a limited time of life. I saw her husband to be, by her side, with a sad smile in his eyes, asking me for hope and a miracle.
