So whatever is coming out of Cabinet appears to be heading for the Commons...
If my learned colleague @joncraig is correct then this is the Government benches chatting amongst themselves with @MelJStride about business rates reform in order to allow a new Brexit motion to be tabled after Cabinet

For now Cabinet over... But Cabinet currently still in Downing St without their phones as we await some sort of high level communication of the Cabinet decision

No further third reading amendments in the Lords - the Cooper Letwin Bill amended at Committee stage - will complete Lords stages in next 15 minutes and then head over to the Commons for consideration of those Lords amendments alone.
NEW: Cooper Letwin Bill has now passed through the House of Lords - amended twice by Lord Pannick and Lord Goldsmith... now to the Commons for consideration of the amendments:

Amended Cooper Letwin Bill (v short as you can see) completes passage in Lords and is then carried through the Lobby over to the House of Commons - where Government according to Tory MPs is about to accept the amendments

NEW: Order to hold European Parliamentary elections has just been laid in Parliament: "Day of Poll order" makes it legal for local returning officers to prepare for the elections now due on 23rd May. Govt says they are not "inevitable" though

The first time someone came out to me I botched it. I acted like it was no big deal. What they wanted was for me to say "Thank you for this. Thank you for this beautiful thing you've shown me. I'll accept it like the treasure it is." I shoved it in my pocket without looking.
