A great #EVP strikes a fine balance between tangible rewards received by employees (e.g. compensation and benefits), but also intangible rewards (e.g. interesting and meaningful projects to work on, great company culture, flexible working hours etc.). #employerbranding #HRwithEM

The purpose of the employer branding is to communicate the company's EVP.

The EVP is made up of benefits, opportunities and rewards that the company offer current and ex-employees, as well as current and future candidates. #EVP #employerbranding #HRwithEM

The employer branding message takes these benefits and relays same through marketing activities to the talent market, which in turn becomes part of your company's reputation – what you are known for in the talent market. #EVP #employerbranding #HRwithEM
