My take: President Trump knows that AG Barr is going to release the full report (with necessary redactions required by law). Trump has asked for a release himself in the past.
He is now pretending to resist, just to provoke Democratic overreaction. Report will be a total dud.

Just think about it. With all the leaks from the Mueller team over the years, what are the chances that Mueller Report has any incriminating evidence against Trump or his campaign that has not already been leaked? Close to zero.
The same cannot be said the other way around. If there is a surprise in the Mueller Report, it will almost certainly be about the malfeasance of the Democratic Party apparatchiks.
