New Science paper ‘Sensitive intervention points in the post-carbon transition’ asks where we should focus our limited resources and energies to make the transition.

@camjhep @PennyMealy One interesting 'sensitive intervention point’ is changing the regulations on financial disclosure so that it is possible to assess companies’ risks to their balance sheets implied by the transition to a post-carbon economy.
