This report to US Congress from Glenn Simpson, of GPS Fusion that hired Chris Steele re Trump Russia US intelligence suggests there were several visits by Farage to the embassy beyond the 9/3/17 one that was photographed.

Farage staffer a frequent visitor to the Brussels Russian Embassy. This Farage - Bonici connection goes back a very long way, well before this storyas @Turloughc has recounted previously.

Tactical voting matters in the EU MEP Elections.

This is one explanation.

But if you do not get that one..here is another.

Basically. You vote for a party not a candidate.

The party lists candidates in preferential order. (The List)
“Seats are allocated from the top down, with the parties with the biggest scores getting first pick”

But look at tweet 9 onwards. Having c 13% share of the vote does not nec mean you will get even approaching 13% of the seats.
