Here is the statute for obstruction of justice. Bill Barr didn't mention "sincere held beliefs" because he's trying to defend @realDonaldTrump. It's because it goes to corrupt intent.
Again, I think the big takeaway here is that collusion was a hoax, as we've told you all along, and Robert Mueller was going to let Andrew Weissmann twist/bend/break the law, as is his MO, but choked on the charge b/c he didn't have a case.
The fact Robert Mueller allowed Andrew Weissmann to detail potential obstruction of justice cases -- when he knows he had no case -- vindicates everyone the criticisms against him for hiring a Democratic hit squad as a team.
