4. @kileycnn was on @CNN. think he reported name of an Al Qaeda affiliated person who had made earlier attack threats. I didn't catch it all and anyone who has the video that would be helpful. There are thousands of Al-Qaeda in Idlib. This looks like Al-Qaeda handiwork to me.
