Biden’s time to run was 2016 but he wasn’t ready. Absolutely understandable: Beau was to be his campaign manager and he was still grieving.

Biden’s announcement video shows that, unlike most of the other candidates, he isn’t running FOR something as much as he’s running AGAINST Trump. This is going to have him sound much more aggressive than most. But note whether he comes with policies or just bluster & tough talk.
