The report said there was no evidence Trump conspired or coordinated with the Russians, but that Trump welcomed their help to illegally influence the elections. The report found lots of evidence of obstruction, but it's congress's and not his job to prosecute a sitting president.
2/ I mention this only because Mueller demonstrated thorough integrity. He cared very much about doing his job and telling the truth, and avoided politicizing, twisting, spinning the results. His job was to lay out the evidence of obstruction, but not say Trump obstructed justice
3/ Conversely, people on both sides, but more importantly, Barr and Trump twist and spin the results to their own ends without the least amount of integrity.
