"How will you know who is or isn't Jewish"? I assume they'll tell me as part of their reply.

I didn't know this ahead of asking the question, but today is Holocaust Remembrance Day. Here's a map of the estimated Jewish death toll during the Holocaust. The numbers don't capture the full scale of the tragedy, since many survivors were traumatized for life.
