Attorney General Barr says, “ Deputy Attorney General and I conducted a careful review of report w/ our staffs & legal advisors. While we disagreed w/ some of the legal theories & felt many of the episodes discussed in report would not constitute obstruction as a matter of law. “
Back on April 18th 2019 I had said that Barr disagreed with Rosenstein on Mueller’s legal theories. I took allot of heat for that tweet BUT it turns out I was right. Mueller handed his report over to Barr and Rosenstein, and their staffs disagreed on what constitutes obstruction. 
“ Some,” does NOT mean all. Barr did not believe President Trump obstructed justice. Barr ruled evidence was not sufficient. The Mueller Report was handed to Barr and Rosenstein. Their legal teams reviewed and disagreed on it. Rosenstein was hired by Mueller out of law school.
On Apr 18th 2019, Rosenstein agreed w/ his former BOSS of 29 years: Mueller. Rosenstein wanted to prosecute Trump for obstruction of justice. Contrarily Media ran w/ Barr & Rosenstein agreeing because later they can say Rosenstein ran a
“good faith,” Investigation. He didnt.

The Media doesnt want to tell you Rosenstein gave Mueller the POWER of Attorney General. The Media wont tell you that Mueller hired Rosenstein out of law school. The Media doesnt want to tell you that President Trump’s Attorney John Dowd said “ POTUS was AMBUSHED by Rosenstein. ”
