NEW: Trump’s attorneys object to Judge Mehta’s intention to rule from the bench after tomorrow’s hearing on the Mazars subpoena.

This is essentially Trump telegraphing that he knows this setup will bode poorly for him in court tomorrow, and that House Dems have the upper hand.
Trump is asking Mehta to limit the hearing to the motion for a preliminary injunction or cancel the hearing altogether and go to trial.
