This is silly. We don’t consider laws against murder a violation of the first amendment just because “thou shall not kill” is a principle also found in religious texts.
There are legitimate disagreements about when life begins for the purpose of defining laws. Religious beliefs are among many elements that shape where people draw that line, but that doesn’t mean drawing it in a different place than where u want is an imposition of those beliefs.
Think about how many laws have been justified by people appealing to religious values. Just look at the Civil Rights movement. This logic would suggest all those laws are somehow a violation of the First Amendment. Grasping.
