BREAKING / NBC NEWS: Bank CEO Stephen Calk has been indicted by a federal grand jury and charged in connection with a plan to exchange $16 million in loans to Paul Manafort for his help in getting Caulk a Trump administration position.
NBC News: A spokesperson for the FBI confirms to @valiquettejoe that Calk surrendered to the FBI earlier this morning in New York.
The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
For weeks and months the White House and @PressSec refused to answer our questions as to when Manafort actually left the Trump orbit and when they stopped communicating with him in relation to this story. Wonder if they will comment today?

NEW: The federal judge presiding over Michael Cohen's case in New York has ordered that redacted copies of the search warrant materials be made public tomorrow.

Cohen's home, office, and safety deposit box was searched last April.
MORE: Several media outlets had asked the judge to unseal these documents and what you see here is a compromise between on-going investigations that prosecutors are seeking to protect and a judge recognizing the accepted practice of unsealing these documents once a case is over.
It's unclear what, if anything, we'll learn from these documents because so much has already been unveiled in public filings and reporting so far.
