Greens, liberals and far-right are all UP. Center-left, center-right are DOWN. In many countries, turnout is also UP. European politics now matter to people.
As in the Spanish parliamentary elections, the rise of "far-right" parties also inspired the opposite: mobilization of liberals
Some point out, correctly, that total numbers for "Eurosceptics" aren't that different from 2014, just that the party groupings have changed.
(also, for UK readers: remember, "Eurosceptics" no longer means "parties that want to leave the EU." almost nobody is making that argument, and certainly not Salvini, Orban, Le Pen.)
