I lost my parents to propaganda.

A thread.

You might be aware that Indonesians are polarized into two different beliefs lately; Joko-nism and Bowo-nism.

How did it affect me? Not a deal. Uh-huh, really. Until I realized my failure to protect my loved ones from toxic state of mind.

My parents gave birth to three daughters. All of them out from parents house for awhile, for work and for a degree, leaving Mom and Dad dealing with some hardships alone--well, they never tell. How would I know?

I thought from these sudden empty cage syndrome, hardships with no quick problem solver, they developed desperation. Those feelings are bloody negative and start eating my parents best self.

For fuck sake, I am so sad and brokenhearted right now, finding out my Mom is a verbal vandal now--spitting such hate and negative comments and being racist; cursing the No.1, blaming certain race and religion.

I used to hear their political radicalism several months back, while I'm abroad. I never give a damn, until I went home to something cringy. They are so radical and racist until I would believe if somebody said that my parents could be an FPI agent.

Where the hell is my parents at? Have you seen them? If you saw, please inform me. I am desperate. Never in a glimpse of my life I would debate or question my lovely Mom. She is the most patient, most beautiful, most loveable in the entire planet earth.

Nor ever in a pinch of my brain, I would grow disrespect to my hero Dad. He is the most credible, high educated and epicly capable to protect and prepare his daughters to be a threat for competitors.

Oh my life, I'm in tears now. Where are they now? It's too contradictive to understand. They raise us to be graceful, watch our words and being positive under all circumstances.

We tasted heaven together. We've been through hell together. They are always smiling & positive throughout all matters. From there, the daughters developed confidence. My sisters & I achieve everything we aims, nothing less. If only failure happened, we are too positive to care.

I didn't see any of it by now. No empathy, judgemental and countless statement without valid arguments. Pathetic. Well, thanks to Indonesia's biggest politician names. Your mind games are totally beyond evil. Propaganda took my parents and I'm furious about it.

I DID NOT defend any candidate. Nor I even care. All I want is the supporters stop countless fucked up brain games and hateful theory. Before swallowing any broadcast, check the validity! It doesn't seem any difficult in this era. Fast, also.

Be smart using your smartphones, y'all! I totally regret bought my Mom a new smartphone times ago. Life's good in monochrome. Yup, back then, my Mom would read books instead of bloody destructive hoax. Well, controlling snake to eat apples could be boring.

Kindly spare my parents. They already worked too hard and too painful in their younger days. Therefore, they are too tired to dig up the truth behind all broadcasts. I beg whoever the mind of this propaganda served right. On earth and in afterlife. Better else, to stop NOW. Amen.

I shared my concern as a kid & a rightful citizen in the system, but thousands of negative judgements posted side by side with the positive ones. My only aim is to raise awareness that THIS IS THE REAL THREAT & DO NOT delay stopping your loved ones from drinking mind manipulation
