Studying anything has many advantages, and languages are no different. There are personal + professional advantages to be derived from studying them. Right now in the world Chinese is moving itself into a position to be dominant language and force for the 21st century.

In fact let me start with most commonly reasons for studying Chinese:
1. China is the most populous country in the world with over 1.4 billion people. Mandarin is spoken by almost one billion people and the most widely spoken language in the world.

2. Many western companies do business in China, including Coca Cola, Ford, Apple and Motorola. Knowing Chinese will allow you to compete effectively in the business environment and jobs international.

3. The demand for business for business people who speak Chinese is skyrocketing. Remember, china is one of America's largest trading partners. Chinese language is playing a major role in world affairs and will continue to do so...

4. Chinese language class. In May 2006 to recent newsweek article stated that , Chinese language has eclipse French, My German, and Italian to become the third most commonly spoken language after English and Spanish.

5. Chinese language is spoken also in Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, The Philippines, and Mongolia. So my Naija brothers definitely need this 😊.

So a week ago and some days now, I got a DM from Chinese company for this scholarship opportunities in learning Chinese language for 1 year. @TripPaddyStudy will be signing a contract with them to assist international students who are interested in studying in China.

Admission process timeline:

International students are able to get university offer letter in (1-2weeks)

International students receive visa letter -JW202. To get approval & Stamp from:
A. University
B. Ministry of education
C. Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

International students will apply for student visa ( I think that will take another 2 weeks for the application)

Go to China.

International students will receive airport pick up to University accommodation.

And last, do registration. University staff will assist & bring students for registration to:
1. Local police station
2. Medical check-up
3. Ministry of Foreign affairs

Attend class.

The documents you need includes:
1. Passport size photo
2. Medical records
3. Police clearance certificate
4. Transcript
5. Certificate
6. Passport copy.

Finally, the agency of $600 includes all the process from admission to students get JW202 letter for student visa application. First $100 for application process and until applicants receive JW202.
