A few more thoughts on the current lawsuit with the newest motions.

1/ 45 pages in a motion only dedicated to going after two specific topics.
2/ Casey is nothing if not methodical. He goes after specific things which is lost on many. In each he lays out numerous points of evidence when he only needs one. He is systematically tearing down the Plaintiff.
3/ Many tend to ignore or forget the fact that for this time, Ty and Vic are the same people. Everything Ty does is as Vics rep. It is smart when you can use someones own attorney against them. In this case Casey has laid out ways that both Nick and Ty have damaged Vics requests.
4/ People also want to pick out a single thing and try to argue it, hoping to distract from the rest. It doesn't matter if one item is technically incorrect when someone has laid out numerous. You don't need numerous to win the motion, you only need one.
5/ At this point tons of damage has been done to the plaintiffs case, and neither Funi nor Jamie have even had a chance to go after the plaintiffs case. Hiring Casey seems to have been an amazing call.
6. As the Oracle would say "what's really going to bake your noodle" is this tidbit the Plaintiff does not want you to know:

The defense was hired before Ty, and was not the defense at the time.
