This cartoon is really an indictment of Mueller and his convoluted logic.
The Mueller Report is like the game Taboo where your partner has to guess a word, but you can't use the most helpful words. He decides he can't use the words "crime," "felony," etc. for no good reason.

3/ Since the day after the report came out, I've criticized Mueller and his mistakes: lack of clarity, confusion about his evidentiary standards, how Mueller enabled Trump and Barr to mischaracterize his findings, & how it was badly written for the public. slate.com/news-and-polit…
4/ I'm criticizing the Report not just to second-guess. I'm trying to explain why the public does not yet understand what Mueller clearly found, why Pelosi is erring when she is waiting for public opinion, & why a committee impeachment inquiry with live testimony is necessary.
