Most recent BOP data indicate that the U.S. holds more than 180,000 federal prisoners.

According to @TheUSSCgov data released today, little more than 1,000 have obtained retroactive sentencing relief since the passage of the First Step Act thru April 30. ussc.gov/sites/default/…

Mueller could only conclude "no further indictments" through three legal paths:
1) No evidence of a crime
2) Insufficient evidence to indict or
3) DOJ guidelines don't allow indicting a sitting POTUS. @traciemac_Bmore @NarativLive #Mueller
Let's eliminate the unlikely:
1) is unlikely because so many people have already been indicted.
2) is possible but unlikely as this investigation has mounds of evidence
3) the likeliest scenario: Donald J. Trump committed a crime but Mueller couldn't indicted under DOJ policy.

Well, here's another one, by Buzzfeed, no less. They KNEW that Trump worked WITH the FBI, yet they participated in the conspiracy against him to frame him as the guilty one.
