Mueller could only conclude "no further indictments" through three legal paths:
1) No evidence of a crime
2) Insufficient evidence to indict or

Let's eliminate the unlikely:
1) is unlikely because so many people have already been indicted.
2) is possible but unlikely as this investigation has mounds of evidence
3) the likeliest scenario: Donald J. Trump committed a crime but Mueller couldn't indicted under DOJ policy.

By not indicting Trump or anyone else, #Mueller is side-stepping any potential double jeopardy while also presenting an actual nightmare for Trump. The DC court has a much wider purview than Mueller and unlike the SC, the trial could be going on during the campaign. @NarativLive
Sunday will be an interesting day and Mueller will be able to close up shop knowing full well he's placed some legal landmines in Trump's future. Not only in the DC courts and SDNY but also in Congress.@traciemac_Bmore @NarativLive #Mueller
