Attorney David Kaplan was arrested and charged for securities, wire & mail fraud and money laundering.
He defrauded investors and also set up charitable foundations to assist him with his fraud.

I wonder if they scammed these groups, too, or if they just posted this on their site to make their org appear legitimate.
