I watched @ava #whentheyseeus Sunday. My friend #Justice4Jeremy was gunned down Monday evening. Immediately following his murder @ProvoPolice & local media released Jeremy’s criminal history most of which was dismissed with prejudice! They’ve yet to release killers name 1/T

I’ve been told by law enforcement offers to let the @ProvoPolice & @UtahCoAttorneys do their job. If “we” rush them they’ll do a bad job. Meanwhile Jeremy’s neighbor the man who killed him is being treated like a hero. The female aggressor is being protected. #justice4Jeremy 2/T

Meanwhile the story keeps changing. First he was over the woman he was fighting. Now he was kicking her in the head? She was treated for “minor” injuries and released. Who is she? The women we think it is has disappeared from social media. She was a bully. #Justice4jeremy 3/T

The man the media is calling a “passerby” is actually a neighbor! The shooting took place in an area full of college students, we’ve yet to see a video emerge. ITS A COLLEGE COMMUNITY! They record everything! @ProvoPolice & @UtahCoAttorneys are treating the vigilante 4/T

Treating the vigilante like a hero instead of an over zealous gunman. In fact he’s yet to be charged. After seeing how the #CentralPark5 were treated. I refuse to allow @mayorkaufusi, @UtahCoAttorneys & PPD to vilify #justice4Jeremy. This sponsored ad on IG is disgusting 5/T

What the media keeps skipping over is, #Justic4Jeremy suffered a TBI as a toddler. He was developmental delayed and did not read social cues well. Because of this people often took advantage of & abused him. We believe the woman he was fighting to be one of those people. 6/T

#Justice4Jeremy was not a violent individual. His family & friends were always telling him he needed to defend himself. Even the charges police brought against him at one point were dismissed with prejudice. 7/T

@UtahCoAttorneys has yet to all the neighbor (Utah media & @ProvoPolice) keep referring the neighbor as a “passerby” to distance him from the incident. He knew #Justice4Jeremy. He lived in the same fourplex. He knew Jeremy was developmentally delayed. 8/T

Having had some prior history with #Justice4Jeremy should change things for @ProvoPolice & @UtahCoAttorneys however the only thing that’s changing is the elaborate story they’re peddling. He went from kicking her in the head to her breaking free? How tho? @ava 9/T

Please go check previous news accounts of this story. Notice the shapeshifting taking place. The longer it takes to charge Jeremy’s neighbor the more time they have to hone in on a story the community can/will buy. It looks like a #coverup. #Justice4Jeremy @UtahCoAttorneys 10/T

One of the many questions I have for @UtahCoAttorneys & @ProvoPolice is why #Justice4Jeremy’s neighbor didn’t rally one of the many “witnesses to help him break the fight up and hold Jeremy down until police who were already enroute arrived? Jeremy was a small guy. 11/T

@UtahCoAttorneys @ProvoPolice wants us to believe that it was easier for #Nogoodsamaritan to shoot & kill #Justice4Jeremy then it was to jump jump back into the vehicle he’d just exited with his firearm. He had time to yell commands, aim & shoot but not time to retreat? 12/T

I don’t have any issues w/ @mayorkaufusi or @UtahCoAttorneys however if they allow #Justice4Jeremy neighbor to walk without charges. I will remind Provo & Utah county residence that they are not interested in maintaining a safe community during the next election. #chargeHim 13/T
