Caroline Lucas is actively campaigning for the harassment and punishment of her political opponents.

She presumes the guilt and the existence of evidence against her opponents.

She cannot win a political argument. This shows her utter contempt for democracy.
NB, the campaign is backed not just by Lucas, but by Tom Brake MP, Baroness Jones of Moulsecoomb, Ben Bradshaw MP and Fiona Mactaggart, too.
The highlighted passage is almost certainly a lie.

It is not in the EC's gift to find *anything* "beyond reasonable doubt", and that is why it would refer cases to the NCA. The EC's test for passing cases to the NCA is "reasonable grounds to suspect".
"Beyond reasonable doubt" is the EC's standard of its OWN measure of confidence.

It is not a court.
