In @RealBristolNews There is a reference to Christopher Steele’s Charlemagne Project completed April 2016. We do not know who commissioned it. But the name of the project is interesting as Charlemagne Capital is one of Jim Mellon’s companies.

I see from his Wiki Page that Jim Mellon not only financially contributed at Leave £100k to the Leave EU campaign (original called Know EU) but also said he (financially) “had a good day” after the Brexit vote with his trades returning almost 25% profit on the year.
