Social anxiety is a form of narcissism.

You think other people are spending the entire event watching you?

Nah.

You're not a celebrity like that.

Kind of funny when you look at it that way.

Nerves will melt
Analyze your anxiety.

What causes it?

If you look closer, most of the scenarios deal with people.

You aren't afraid of failing.

You are afraid of being JUDGED for failing
Which is why I say if you can recondition your perception towards social anxiety, most of your anxiety will melt away.

It's a 2 in 1 combo
'How do I recondition my perception towards my social anxiety?'

By learning the root cause.

'What is the root cause?'

The root cause is that social anxiety is born from an oxymoron ..👇
'An oxymoron you say?'

Ya.

You are stuck between:

☆assigning yourself high value
☆assigning yourself low value
☆Assigning yourself high value

You think you are some kind of celebrity.

You think the whole event is about you.

You believe there is a figurative spotlight over your head.
This sounds comical when I put it in writing, but that's how you behave.

By picturing you're some celebrity, you overthink you moves.
☆Assigning yourself low value

Then out of nowhere, you assign yourself low value!

You think, 'oh my... I wonder if their judging me!'
Picture talking to your little cousin.

Are you worried about being judged?

'No.'

Why not?

'Because I'm older & have more life experience.'

Ah.

In this situation you FRAMED yourself as the higher value.
And when you are stuck in this oxymoron, you feel tension.

That tension is social anxiety.

'So how do I eliminate the tension??'

You can't.

'So what should I do??'

You recondition your perception towards it.
Social interactions REQUIRE tension.

☆Without any kind of tension, you come off as boring.

☆When you demonize the tension, you get social anxiety.

☆When you welcome the tension, you get charisma.

Read that again.
From here on out, refer to 'social anxiety' as 'social excitement.'

This reconditions your perception in your conscious mind.

The renewed feelings are indicated in your subconscious mind

Over time, your behavior will change
A charismatic individual feels the same tension someone with social anxiety.

But one breaks.

The other rises.

Why?
Because their PERCEPTIONS are different.

The social anxiety person channels the tension IN & becomes worried.

The charismatic person channels the tension OUT & becomes expressive.
You have the power champ.

Your mind is what you make it.

Anxiety and excitement are the SAME physical feelings.

Question is, which perception will you choose?
The path you take will dictate your future.

Choose wisely.
