Every day people are flying in from various other states & all over the world to see me and establish care. Sometimes I have to remind myself that this is real. I often look back at how far I've come, & the paths that led me here...

Honestly, one of biggest influences on my development & overall education has been Twitter CME.
But overall the biggest paradigm change came when I dropped my arrogant skepticism (as much as possible) & started listening to patients. It's like my ears opened up for the 1st time

Finally understanding how food and lifestyle truly affect our lives from a hormonal down to a epigenetic level. The importance of helping patients understand shame and frustration, and coming to terms with it and channeling it into positive changes and further insight.
I've always dug deep and been a thinker, I've always had a big fire, a desire to educate and learn and grow, and none of this would exist w/o that curiousity. But true insight and guidance are transferred from people, &I really think Twitter CME made that happen to some extent.
