.@jheil made a good point that however successful raw racism is in keeping Trump out of prosecutors' reach short term, once he's no longer president he will never get back one thing he prized like money: mainstream fame & pop culture acceptance. He and his family are done there.
They are now locked in with the Ted Nugent fanbase, which has never been where Donald Trump or his kids wanted to be. No chilling with celebs, no movie cameos, DOA in fashion world; his hotel will empty out without the foreign $ .... He'll be below D list. He must hate that.
Will even the Murdochs have any use for Trump and his brood once he's no longer president? Between that reality and losing prosecutorial immunity it's clear he'll fight like hell to push back the date he has to confront his dessicated brand.
He'll be refreshing pics of Bey and Jay meeting Meghan and Harry, repeating his Electoral College numbers and cursing an invisible Obama he swears has broken into his apartment for the rest of his life.
