Art24 is the GATT provision that ALLOWS FOR FREE TRADE AGREEMENTS IN GOODS.

Instead let’s talk about what the short-term or long-term free trade agreement with the EU should include and exclude.
Boris Johnson says only tariffs and quotas included. So why exclude non-tariff barriers and services?
