House GOP should focus on how the Michael Flynn case is portrayed in the report. Team Mueller claimed that Trump might have obstructed justice when he allegedly (according to Comey’s Dear Diary) said he hoped the FBI would let the Flynn thing “go.” But... amgreatness.com/2019/07/22/rep…
Mueller’s report vaguely referred to the “Russia investigation.” But Trump clearly was referring to the FBI’s ridiculous probe into whether Flynn violated the Logan Act, a so-called dead letter law that has never been used to prosecute anyone...

But Mueller accused Trump of possibly “shutting down an inquiry that could result in a grand jury investigation and a criminal charge.” On the Logan Act? House GOP must press Mueller on this and make clear Trump was not trying to shut down the Russia collusion investigation. Why?
Because neither Trump nor congressional leaders knew until the following month that Comey had been investigating Trump’s campaign—including Flynn—since July 2016. Comey hid that news until he was outed by House Intel in March 2017. What exactly was the “obstruction” committed...
By Trump? Dropping a bogus Logan Act probe into a member of his transition team? We also know that Comey, again violating protocol, ambushed Flynn in the White House 3 days after Inauguration Day. Comey bragged about it in a recent interview.
