Mohaned Elshieky was traveling from Spokane to Portland when @CBP agents boarded his @GreyhoundBus and interrogated him for 20 minutes. They repeatedly harassed him and claimed that he was lying when he produced his immigration documents.
It isn’t possible to tell someone’s immigration status by looking at them — this policy requires racially profiling @GreyhoundBus customers.
