The Supreme Court just issued a mixed ruling on two Indiana abortion restrictions. Here's what happened.
Indiana wanted to ban abortion based on someone's reason for deciding to end a pregnancy.

Today the Supreme Court thankfully declined to review a ruling that this ban was unconstitutional.

You should have the power to decide you need an abortion, no matter the reason.
Indiana also passed a law requiring fetal tissue from an abortion or miscarriage to be buried or cremated. Though the lower court held that this was also unconstitutional, today the Supreme Court reversed that decision, letting another unwarranted restriction on abortion stand.
Whether it's a total ban or a law designed to shut down clinics, politicians are lining up to decimate access to abortion.

We will continue our fight to ensure that every person who needs an abortion can get one — without shame, stigma, or unnecessary obstacles.
