He has to pass a new Queen's speech. And he has to pass a budget.
He's not going to get a Queen's speech through. He'll be down to a majority of three by autumn.
And the problem with that is, there is no policy that can unite his party and the DUP. None.
But time ticks on, and he will have to present a budget. A majority of three is not going to get a budget through parliament.
But Boris Johnson can't do that. He has to present a Queen's speech and a budget, and if he can't do either of those things, he's got no government.
This parliament is at a dead end, there's going to be an election, and there will be someone to vote for to stop this interminable horror
