Mueller made a number of statements to House Committee that were untrue/unsupported by Report. E.g. he agreed with Schiff that "investigation found evidence that Russia wanted to help Trump win the election". But Mueller investigation didn't report that they found such evidence 
2/ Mueller report merely stated that "press reported that U.S. intelligence agencies had 'concluded that Russia interfered in last month 's presidential election to boost Donald Trump's bid for the White House'"
3/ the phrase "help Trump win" only occurs in Mueller Report in the above footnote. Parsing the exchange, Schiff segued to re-cycling Papadopoulos' story-telling, which Mueller falsely confirmed as "accurate". Watch the pea:
4/ Mueller confirmed to Schiff that Schiff's statement that Russia "through an intermediary then informed Papadopoulos that they could help with the anonymous release of stolen emails" was accurate.
5/ But the Mueller Report doesn't say that. Their investigation never confirmed that Mifsud said that or that Mifsud did so under direction from Russia.
6/ all we have on this is what we had on day one of the Mueller investigation: a) that Papadopoulos told Australians in May 2016 that Russia had information "damaging" to Hillary and b) that in Jan 2017 Papadopoulos told FBI that Mifsud told him that Russians had Clinton emails
7/ Mifsud denied that he had told Papadopoulos that Russians had emails. Mueller investigation did NOT verify that Mifsud was working under Russian direction and there is circumstantial evidence indicating that he wasn't.
8/ Papadopoulos was convicted of lying to FBI. He also lied to Trump campaign over and over.
9/ Mueller was tasked with INVESTIGATING supposed Russian interference. His response to Schiff was based on nothing more than a repetition of the original Papadopoulos rumors - which remain at best unverified.
10/ in this exchange, read as a whole, Mueller agrees with Schiff that their investigation "found evidence" supporting Papadopoulos' story. But they didn't (or if they did, they didn't report it.)
11/ the more I read this, the more amazing the exchange appears. Mueller verified NOTHING about Russian direction to Mifsud or even what Mifsud told Papadopoulos, yet presents it to Schiff as established.
12/ in making these observations, I am avoiding speculations about whether Papadop was "set up" (about which I am dubious). I am only considering whether Mueller misled Congress.
13/ Mueller agreed with Schiff that "Trump campaign officials built their ... messaging strategy around those stolen documents?". That is nowhere in the Mueller Report and is mostly untrue. Trump riffed about documents published by Wikileaks, but is there any EVIDENCE that
14/ Mueller then agreed with Schiff that Trump campaign officials "lied to cover it up" [presumably - that they had built their messaging strategy around stolen documents]. Huh? Nothing in Report about this. What is Mueller talking about?
