1/ Dear @YouTube : it's reprehensible corporate policy to not offer your customers a single email alternative to discuss an absurd decision.
@YouTube 2/ Understand that, unlike those not economically educated, I know you don't offer "free service". I'm actually a paying Google customer but even if not, you know each of my videos has much more value to you than to me.
@YouTube 3/ Because during a videotaped event, during 3 seconds, far out a copyrighted song was playing (an occurrence over which I had ZERO power of decision), I am being contacted for copyright extorsion, through YOU.
@YouTube 4/ This is unacceptable and if I decided to take it to court, I'd win. In one case, the company owner offered me his product, for free. I declined. YOU ARE THE CULPRIT.
@YouTube 5/ You are trying and succeeding in winning at all fronts, mostly because most of us won't hire a lawyer when we can just murder our video by muting it for some seconds (or all of it).
@YouTube 6/ That's illegal. You know it. But you keep doing it because for the millions you extort and harass, it's just not worth it. That's how you operate.
