Candidate after candidate is promising universal healthcare without raising middle class taxes. Just know this. No nation in the world has ever been able to do that without middle class paying far more in taxes than Americans do.

Elizabeth Warren: "For middle class families, out of pocket cost will go down for healthcare."
Yeah, out-of-pocket cost for healthcare can artificially be made to go down by jacking up income taxes significantly for the middle class (that's where most tax revenue comes from).

A person earning $30K a year in the U.S. pays 12% in federal income tax. In France the tax on that income is 30%. There is no free lunch. You pay one way or another. Every place on earth where you have universal healthcare middle class pays 2-3 times higher taxes than in the U.S.

Warren says corporations and billionaires will pay for M4A, not the middle class. Oh, really? Corporations pay 7% of the total federal tax, individuals pay 86% (remaining comes from Federal Reserve, estates, excise, tariffs, etc.). And there are only 585 billionaires in the U.S.

There is no question that the current healthcare system needs to be reformed. There is nothing wrong with advocating Medicare For All. But anyone who lies in order to advocate for their policy proposal should be booted off the public stage. Bernie is lying. Warren is lying.

Give the people the truth. You can have free college and free healthcare. You just will have to pay 2-3 times more in taxes, everyone of you who makes above around $30K a year, not just corporations or billionaires. This is what happens in Europe, Australia, Japan, Canada, etc.

If you confiscate 100% of the wealth of all billionaires in the U.S. it will fund the federal govt for about 6 months at current levels. With free healthcare and college thrown in, it will fund the govt for a mere 3 months. It's always the middle class that funds the govt.
