How to build a 5-figure/month marketing agency in less than 60 days...

...with little to no prior experience, skills, or clients.

[A THREAD]

First and foremost, there are no get rich quick schemes in life

Getting to 5-figures/month with an agency is going to take WORK and a whole lot of it

But its very, very possible

(I was able to do it)

Here's how...

Learn a high-ticket skill, I'd recommend email marketing or FB ads

Utilize any courses, mentors, free or paid resources to learn these skills

Practice them for hours daily

That's right, everyday

Then, begin the outreach process with your offer...

The key part of your agency is

A. Your valuable offer

B. Your ability to communicate this valuable offer to the right market

So choose a niche or two to start with, and brand your business as only working with businesses in that niche

Create your ideal client

Then...

You must go and put your offer in front of your ideal client's eyes 24/7

Cold emails, cold calls, IG DMs, Twitter DMs, paid ads, FB groups, walk-ins

Any way possible, do it

Every single day

Until you get some client interest...

Then, you must close them on the phone for your offer

I always do one call, one close

Never a "discovery" then a "strategy" call, nope

One call one close

Here's how to structure your calls:

1-5 mins: Build rapport and make connections, let them choose when its time to talk about business

5-10 mins: Ask questions about their business, and shut up and let them talk (pain points)

10-15 mins: Ask about their goals/what they want to achieve, again shut up

Then...

15-20 mins: After they've been qualified, present your offer, state price and shut up

20mins-1 hour: Handle objection after objection, receive payment on phone

Boom. First client at $1.5k-$3k signed

Now, rinse and repeat that process 5x over

And...

Now you've got yourself a full-time income, and you're making $10k/month

Is it easy? Hell no, you'll face rejection after rejection

Its not easy, its simple

You must now get results, be meticulous with your client satisfaction and always overdeliver

Then...

You'll have to hire a team, manage the team thru Slack and be sure that you're delegating the tasks properly to be able to spend time on high ROI activities

AKA finding more clients
