(1,3) Some Americans will pray in Temple or Church. Some will go to the movies. Some will go to the mall to get ready for school. Some will eat in restaurants or picnic at a park. Some will be with loved ones at home. EVERYONE OF THESE AMERICANS IS AT RISK OF BEING SHOT!!!
(2,3) I am feeling broken. I am feeling angry. Do not waste your time today with the false arguments to try and suggest America does not have a gun problem. We do. We also have a problem of morality and leadership. That needs to change ASAP. How many more need to die?
(3,3) Today, I think of Jaime and all of the new victims and their families. My heart breaks for these families who are the newest victims of gun violence and planning funerals. I am sorry Jaime that I could not stop this and you will now have more victims joining you in heaven

(1,3) The gun lobby and its supporters are lying about the Gilroy shooting. They are calling yesterdays shooting a failure of California's tough laws. WRONG!!! THIS SHOOTING WAS A FAILURE OF FEDERAL LAW. @senatemajldr, open up Senate Graveyard.
(2,3) The teenage shooter legally bought his weapon in Nevada. California requires you are at least 21. California police engaged shooter within one minute. There were metal detectors and a perimeter fence. A determined killer
(3,3) with an AK 47 purchased elsewhere was able to cause mass carnage. This shooting clearly demonstrates the need for a national policy on gun safety to save American lives. Thankfully the house understands this and it is doing it's job. @senatemajldr, this is now on you.

(1,3) LISTEN TO AND WATCH THIS VIDEO!!! For those who ask me why I focus on GUNS and not school security because my daughter was killed in a school, here is my answer. I support everything being done to secure our schools,
(2,3) however, until we deal with the reality of gun violence our schools are not truly secure. What happens to the hardened school, the shooter waits outside for the crowd, just like in this photo. @SenRonJohnson, you are currently conducting hearings on school security.
However, your hearings on best practices does not include the reality of the gun and how to do more. The gun is always the common theme in deadly violence. We need you and the rest of the Senate GOP to do more and work with me and others to stop gun violence.

(1,3) Today, some used these hearings to get to the truth and to defend American from a foreign attack, that is good. Others, unfortunately used the hearings to try and discredit Mueller to protect the President and are willing to let the attack on America continue.
(2,3) Forget the current occupant of the White House at this time. If you love America, you should be doing everything possible to defend from this Russian attack. I am thankful for those legislators who showed today that they love America.
(3,3) As for the GOP, you now have a choice to make. Defend the attack and the attacker or defend America and this democracy that you swore to protect.

Americans are once again allowing the Republican and Democrat party divide us over race, when in fact race is not the issue! Please look at the foreign policies these woman support, and the policies they do not support! This is not about race & we must address the real issues!

In some US cities where kids are at risk of suicide or gang initiation, the community leaders realised something. Many children do not turn to gangs or suicide because of adversity.
Rather, some do so because they feel alone. Others, because they have no options and the flicker of hope has finally gone out.

I very seldom leave my house without first arming. In fact, it’s so commonplace that my wife responds with surprise when she notices that I’m not armed. I made the decision years ago that I would not go out in public without a loaded weapon and extra magazines.
I generally avoid places that don’t allow weapons. The exception is hospitals and doctor’s offices. I have to go to those, so I leave my weapon and ammo in a safe in the car. As soon as I return to the car, I rearm.
I do not expect to ever use my firearm, and I pray that I never will have to use it. However, I would not hesitate to shoot a threat, whether the threat was toward me or toward another person. I practice shooting, because I don’t want 2 miss my target and hurt an innocent person.
