THREAD The anti-racism org @CST_UK have put together a remarkable "evidence-based assessment of the scale and patterns of alleged antisemitism amongst Twitter accounts that are active in mobilising and driving online support for the @UKLabour Party." cst.org.uk/public/data/fi…

Note this from the report: "In 2018, the months in which CST recorded the highest monthly #antisemitic incident totals correlated to periods when political and media debate over allegations of antisemitism in @UKLabour was at
its most intense"

Methodology: "This report uses a three-tiered approach with the objective of assessing the spread of antisemitism
in Labour-supporting online networks and in the party" They look at 3 things 1What articles are shared, 2What is tweeted & who by, 3Online forensics

What CST came up with was a list of 36 Twitter accounts that were pushing antisemitism and/or the idea that any mention of a/s and @UKLabour was a smear on the part of enemies of the Party. They refer to these as "engine room" accounts owing to their influence

Note they add "Underpinning all of this is a network of
alternative media sites that have risen to
prominence as supporters of the Corbyn
leadership and have become influential voices
on the left. These websites consistently claim
that antisemitism is being weaponised as a
smear"

Of the 10 most shared articles supporting the (bullshit) narrative that antisemitism doesn't exist, is a smear to attack JC and is far worse on the Far Right than Left 6 come from @intifada, 4 of those written by @asawinstanley, (suspended but not expelled) from @UKLabour

Also note from the report: "proCorbyn website The Canary has written that “the Labour right, the Conservatives, and
supporters of Israeli apartheid” are deploying “bogus antisemitism smears against @JeremyCorbyn”"

A prolific hate engine is @socialistvoice run by Scott Nelson, booted out of Labour for antisemitism for at least 2 years. He accepted responsibility for what he had done, apologised, then went on Twitter claiming to have been smeared! #Wanker, note the pic of him and JC

The report also delves into hashtags used by this engine room to attack prominent Jews campaigning against Jew hatred and maps out the relationships between them. This is #SackTomWatson

The report even manages to drill down into which of the pretend smears against Jeremy Corbyn were the most popular

And it traces which websites pushing the smear narratives that were the most popular, showing who was providing fuel for the engine room accounts to draw power from

Unsurprisingly, by far the most popular of all the smear narratives is the one that relates to Jews and antisemitism. It corresponds closely to classic antisemitism, those evil, powerful, corrupt, Jews are planning a smear in the shadows...

There is no doubt that a pro-Corbyn, pro-Labour group of "engine room" Twitter accounts are pushing a poisonous lie that Jews and Jewish orgs are responsible for the media pointing out things Corbyn has said & done. This can only lead to hatred against Jews. It must be defeated
