Thread on PA threat to rewrite Oslo Accords: Palestinian Authority itself created by Oslo Agreements [Gaza-Jericho Agreement 1994, Art. III(1), so either PA abolishing itself, or saying they're pocketing concessions while renouncing obligations, which they've been doing for 25yrs
When PA says it is going to treat Area C same as Area A, do they mean banning any Jews from living there; preventing Jewish access to synagogues & holy sites; punishing Arabs who sell land to Jews; and destroying antiquities? They already do the last 2 in Israeli-controlled area
The PA has never upheld its most basic Oslo Accord obligations in Area, including providing "freedom of access & worship" at the Jewish Holy Sites below; or protection and preservation of millenia-old Jewish cultural property (Oslo II, An.I, Ap.III, Art 32)
