False. The FBI's analysis of mass shootings from 2000-2013 stated that "mental health stressors" were the "most prevalent" stressor for mass shooters, with 62% showing mental health symptoms. This rose to 67% for last year (2018)

Though during the 2000-2013 period the FBI found only 25% were formally *diagnosed* with a mental health illness, this had risen to 50% as of 2018 according to the National Threat Assessment Center: secretservice.gov/data/press/rep…
It's true that conflating *every* shooting to a mental health problem is incorrect, but maybe basing your opinion on what "every doctor is tweeting" isn't the best methodology to find out the facts.
