The Senate Intel Committee was a participant in the soft coup. This includes all the republicans on the committee. Look up the GOP attendees at the Sea Island "stop Trump" meeting in March 2016, and you'll find the assembly.
Senate Intel Committee Director of Security, James Wolfe, was busted leaking the Carter Page FISA warrant to the media. To protect himself he threatened to subpoena the committee and toot sweet the charges for leaking Classified Info disappeared.

2) Of course China (or EU, or anyone else) pays the tariffs. That's how the process works.

If you want to deliver $1 million in exported goods with a 25% tariff, you pay $250,000 as a U.S. duty.

YOU, the exporter, pay the duty upon arrival at port.
3) The question accurately framed then becomes: does the exporter then pass on that additional cost to the importer (the U.S. company)?

Right now, the answer is no. China is not transferring the vast majority of the tariff cost to the arrival price of the product.

1/ Whenever I ask for evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, I get this circular-reasoning response:
How do you know that there was no collusion?
My answer: I'm NOT claiming there was no collusion, but I see #ZEROEvidence that Trump colluded. SHOW me your EVIDENCE!
2/ If I were to claim that you murdered someone, I would need to provide evidence of this. My claim does not make it have some sort of merit. If you insist you did not do this and want me to stop pushing such as accusation in public b/c it really did not happen, that makes sense.
3/ Would an innocent person remain silent in the face of a massive campaign by those who don't like that person making unsubstantiated claims? Would they not want to put an end to it? If I were #Trump, I would want this thing shut down too as it looks to be a witch hunt.
