The owner of one private operator involved (Regiotrans), Costel Comana, committed suicide in 2015, while prosecuted on several corruption cases.
He was the room mate of Liviu Dragnea, former eminence grid of Romanian 'social-democrats' @psdbiroupresa , now in jail for corruption
Throughout the 2000s, Dragnea sold Comana USD 1 million worth of private property. He magically disappeared that money from his tax returns.
Same magic saw Comana's contracts with the state increase massively throughout the period.

1. A sensationalist narrative of GFC that downplayed its structural roots.
Since 1980s, states encouraged shift towards market-based, globalised finance as necessary infrastructure of new anti-Keynesian macroeconomic order.
why: competing for global investors in government bond markets, replacement of welfare state with asset-based welfare via pension funds/insurance co, tax revolt of elites and corporations.

Second: The actual experts do not agree with you, and your fear-mongering is likely causing more harm than good.

1. It subsumes two earlier schemes, Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana, and Senior citizen health Insurance Scheme, along with a few others.
Benefit: CLARITY in END-POINT DELIVERY! No more confusion as to whether you're eligible.

3. System B needs to perform a series of operations on a corpus U that joins data from System A and B in a way that requires all data to reside locally in System B. Parties A and B agree that only these operations are allowed. Party A permits no other use of System A data.
