And here we are years later, with the same social exclusionists, trying to set themselves up as the great white hope to save the country in it's hour of crisis..A crisis created in no small part by their own previous actions.

If this seems like staggering arrogance and a massive lack of self awareness, that's because it is. It's old fashioned middle class liberalism.
The historic centre, brought up to believe implacably in nothing more than their own sense of righteousness and truth. 4/

It's no coincidence that the general perception of the country in the last 4 years is that it has 'gone to hell'.
Middle-class media control is absolute, and the hivemind is fixated on the point at which they lost control. The point at which the rest of us bit back. 5/

The rest of us that have seen society deteriorating for generations, that saw a spark of optimism under Blair snuffed out by those same top-down, autocratic 'we know best-ers', who fluffed for the bankers and finally abandoned us to the wolves in 2010 6/

These are not our saviours and they never have been. These are the cliques, the empty vessels, the bankrupt liberal centre, for years shorn up by pretty words and inconsequential actions, now desperate for relevance in a world weary of their shit. 7/7
