Religion is not Nigeria's problem.

Nigeria's Culture is the real problem.
And Cultural Direction comes from a Society's goals and values.

The way your people individually and your Society plan to get wealth, development and emotional fulfilment is what shapes your Culture.

Societies that look to get Wealth and Power from invading others will interpret Religion to suit that preconceived Goal.

Societies that look to be industrious farmers or traders will do Religion based on their values.

Culture is the key medium that shapes how we use things.

What we generally use Religion for is to search for external support for our cultural goals.

So if you cancel every Religion today, those Cultural Goals will not disappear..

The only thing that happens will be that you will stop asking a God to help you reach those goals.

So it's lazy at best to think Religion is a major problem in Nigeria..

The real problem is the Cultural direction of the different tribes and the cultural direction of the Collective..

We will not make progress if we don't frame the questions properly.
