2/ the GOP plan: repeal Obamacare, negate pre-existing conditions (see DOJ lawsuit), and replace it with nothing. Trump promised in 2016: everybody covered, better, cheaper. He lied. The GOP has never wanted to replace Obamacare with something better. So, that is a winning issue.
3/ What Democrats should propose: everybody has health coverage, lowest possible price. The health industry economists are not convinced M4A is viable. I'm not an expert. But, there is no consensus on the Democratic side of the expert field. Third, the eventual health care bill
