🚨THREAD: How I lost 150lbs EFFORTLESSLY

1)I read the medical literature
2)I realized that low-calorie, low-meat MDs were actually low-intelligence MDs
3)I ignored everything they said: “eat mostly plants”, “avoid meat”, “eat the size of ur palm”, “frequent small meals”

4) lowered ALL flours, processed carbs, sugars, to ZERO
5) focuses on quality protein
6) stopped fearing healthy fats
7) ensured my health improved along the way, hint: it did (got frequent labs, cholesterol, inflammation, glucose, insulin ALL NOW in optimal range w/🥩🍖)

8) knowing that every marker of my health was improving made it easier to ignore 🌱MD who recommend avoiding meat & CICO MD who recommends eating every 2.5 hours... following their advice would have been disastrous for my health

9) 2 of the best lessons I learned were to:
“binge LC & live to fight another day” - if I was stressed or unexplainable hungry I would just eat dirty, lazy keto & not worry about fasting/food quality. When the stress is over if I kept LC my appetite would remain suppressed

“keep calm & keto on” - weight loss stalls are not stalls at all. After checking 100s of patients labs as they “stall”, really the body is healing. Insulin, inflammation, sugar, these processes takes time, be patient, learn about your appetite & hunger & keto on

10) The last important point is that keto, low carb, protein leverage, drinking water/coffee/tea...these are just a vehicle to suppress appetite, ultimately for most people weight loss actually occurs by putting that appetite suppression to work with fasting
