2. This just went to the USDC in the SDNY from "former" warden Lamine N'Diaye. Why? An apology? Is it an official statement? Or just a cover up?

@maddow @Lawrence 4. My bad. I missed the date on the Warden's letter. It was Saturday the 10th. The day Epstein was alleged to have died. He/She was fired after the letter. Then the article about firing was on the 13th. Now these additional letters from the 12th were just filed.

1. Why are the Russians burning their quota of Open Skies flights over Honolulu? We have nothing here that threatens Russia. IMO it's possible Russia is providing #DPRK fresh targeting data for a first strike. @INDOPACOM @US_Stratcom @DefenseIntel
2. We entered the Open Skies Treaty when the Soviet Union collapsed as a peace offering. We have no interest in allowing it to be used to attack us. US has many redundant surveillance satellites and Russia has two by my count. Russia has been game playing in Kaliningrad

1. The #OrangeMenace is traveling to a virtual college today. @SNHU is one of those on-line schools that sells on-line college degree programs. Today that degree will be forever linked to White Supremacy and the Nazi-In-Chief. A real marketing branding boon for the school.

1. The Turkish dictator is banking on US forcing the SDF to abandon their border and not deploy a sufficient US force for Trump to be able to hold in the face of another Turkish threat to attack. And so Erdogan is banking that Trump will again cut and run when Turkey threatens.
2. The only rational way the SDF can pull out is with a large enough US force to credibly resist a Turkish attack and the Turkish forces pull back equal to the distance that the SDF pulls back. Add aerial surveillance and/or positioned observers on Turkish troop movement.
3. Anyone who trusts Erdogan is a fool. He worked with ISIS and believes he is the leader of the Caliphate 2.0. He is allied with our enemies. That makes him an enemy. Don't ever trust the enemy. Move a full brigade to defend the Syrian border. @POTUS @WHNSC @CENTCOM @SOJTFOIR

This is the great failing of libertarianism and a corollary, lesser failing of conservatism in America. Individuals are burdened with responsibility and moral choice, but form a company and be a factor in the economy and hey, profit margin's just things work. Absolution.
If I maximize my profit by murdering my neighbor, I'm a monster. You'd stop me. But kill thousands across America for that reason as a corporation, well what ELSE could you reasonably expect me to do?

2. The very first thing Kavanaugh did after Trump introduced him was to tell an obvious, transparent lie about the process through which he was selected.
3. Now why on earth would someone trained in the law, someone trained to be precise with one's words and claims, stand before the cameras and begin one's potential Supreme Court career by lying? In a normal political situation, this would seem immediately disqualifying.
