1. In @DeutscheBankAG @HouseDemocrats vs DB re Trump subpoena 2nd Cir case, doing a little docket watching I spotted a couple is things of interest. First, there appear to be two missing entries from Tuesday meaning to me their very existence is a thing to be kept sealed. 
2. As you can see Dkt Nos 163 & 164 are missing. And when I looked a the front end of the database when searching for the case I spotted the date of the last filing. Here is the report showing something filed on 8/28/2019. Also missing.
3. So what could they be? Perhaps a minute order to supplement the record with copies of the Trump returns? Likely not, but Trump will know what it is. Just watch him for a clue. If it's his returns I expect he'll attack federal judges as #EnemiesOfThePeople. 😎@maddow @Lawrence
